• failure to follow product instructions

By purchasing from Boogie and Bean, you acknowledge and agree that you are voluntarily assuming all risks associated with the use of cosmetic products.
Additionally, by completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks without first contacting Boogie and Bean to allow reasonable opportunity to resolve any issue. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed with supporting documentation and reported as permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Boogie and Bean LLC and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use, misuse, or resale of Boogie and Bean products.
