Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
During peak seasons, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Carriers
We currently ship using the USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Domestic Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes where supported by the carrier.
International Shipping
We currently do offer international shipping.
If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. You can also track your order by clicking our track order link on our menu.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
